Wells Street

A refurbishment project of a Grade 2 listed building. The refurbishment sought to bring the building back to use to offer flexible workspace tenancies throughout.

The refurbishment consisted of 7 floors to a high quality standard and included a reception overhaul and refurbishment too. Built in the 1920’s, the character and style of the building was retained. Internally, the new layout includes a roof terrace, lifts and a reception which all add value to the character of the building.
